Ayurvedic Cooking Classes

This course is designed to show you the basics in Ayurvedic cooking & give you an understanding about the energetics of food.

This insightful course will give you a totally new perspective on food.

Following a basic introductory talk about Ayurveda you will be taken step by step through the preparation & cooking process of an Ayurvedic breakfast & a lunch dish. Mid way through the morning you will also be shown how to prepare Chai using the traditional method

Preparation of Chai (Indian tea - made with milk & spices)
