Herbal facial

Ingredients

100gm Besan (chick pea) flour
25gm Oil
12.5gm Herbs/spices
With enough water to make a paste

(Numerous herbs can be used – depending on the desired result, examples: Coriander, Tumeric, Lodhra, Sandalwood, Rose petals, Orange peel, Neem Leaf)

Before you apply the mask gently massage your face using a good quality oil (rosehip, jojoba, etc).
Steam your face for 5-10minutes or until it starts sweating
Apply the mask to your skin
Leave to dry for about 20minutes
When the mask is dry remove with a damp cloth (for best results use a downward motion).
Once most of the mask has been removed rinse your face with warm water
Apply a gentle moisturiser
